How mentoring works

Frequency of meetings

Meetings 3 to 4 times a week for the first few weeks, for an intensive start-up and maximum support.
Thereafter, the rhythm changes to weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your progress. Your mentor remains accessible between meetings for quick questions or urgent situations.

Mentoring format

Individual sessions for personalized follow-up.
Group workshops to reinforce communication skills, share best practices and role-play customer situations.

Mentoring stages

Phase 1

Integration - 0 to 3 months

Discovery of the business, close accompaniment, first meetings with customers, laying the foundations in terms of compliance and organization.

Phase 2

Growth - 3 to 12 months

Active network development, sales skills enhancement, pipeline structuring, consolidation of working methods.

Phase 3

Autonomy - 12 months and more

You become fully autonomous. Your mentor switches to optimization mode, long-term strategy and block growth.
